Is it office, multifamily, NNN, car wash, self storage, debt fund etc.

Back when I was brokering commercial real estate 100 years ago I had a deal on a small office building fall through when during the walk thru just prior to closing the buyer insisted on checking the candy vending machine and verbally to;d us and sent us a follow up letter informing us that he wasn’t going to close because the Baby Ruth’s in the candy machine were stale.  

I don't see a home gym as any sort of additional liability, provided that you have machines that are relatively idiot proof and are not inherently dangerous.

My three pieces of advice:(i) Source of Life liquid vitamins (on Amazon.com)(ii) Rowing machine (see velocity fitness rower, also on Amazon) -- can get a good work out in only 30 minutes and doesn't take up too much space (albeit more than an exercise bike)(iii) Juicing (with less fruit juice) every day

AI machines can extract resources such as minerals and food and distribute them at no cost. 

They were supposed to have their whole "machine" ready so you just "plug in". 

If not I push to grow the number not from riskier investments but from earnings to increase the machine bringing in the money.

I found that every property manager I encountered was a washed-up Realtor who couldn't hack it in sales and reluctantly resigned themselves to "slumming it" in property management.
