its very state specific.. but i have never heard of time solving a QC deed validity but just because i have not heard it does not make it so.. as mentioned above title officer in the state were the property is would be a good first step

They told me that both options would last around the same amount of time (apparently they have a 14 year lifespan on average nowadays) and they give a 10 year parts warranty, so might as well go with the cheaper option.

I would argue that the premium is valid due to the value I added to the property by getting the legal structure and agreements in place, then finding like-minded buyers.I'm looking for people to poke holes in my logic.
