Based mainly on your location....it'll be a big deal for a lot of visitors!

Most visitors and lurkers are new to real estate, that means they don't have the experience and confidence you and I have.

Arizona in general is a very hot market for MTR due to a lot of seasonal visitors! 

I applied for the zoning permit but was denied, with the following comment: "The proposed use Visitor Accommodations is prohibited in the RM-1 Zoning district per table 14-602-1". 

Almost all stays would be 6 nights or less (I don't know how many days that counts as, 7 days max per visitor probably.Theoretically take about 3 hours a week coordinating arrivals and departures.

there just isnt a whole lot of things in that area that scream the need of a STR. not saying you cant get renters, there just isnt a lot to attract them. 

The grays I'm not a fan of, they scream investor and I want a softer look in the home. 

I'm hoping that someone here can offer some advice on a rather uncommon situation.I'm an Aussie passport holder with a non-immigrant b1/b2 US visa, so in simple terms I'm a foreign visitor in the USA.
