When you talk about 'higher interest rates', what range have you seen passing by?

In fact, they are all vastly different.

You could put in a range of numbers for purchase price and closing costs, renovation expenses, and expected returns and you could very quickly get a range of projected return on investments (although an excel spreadsheet could easily do this as well), but I'm sure as technology develops we will see even more sophistication in AI's ability to assist in deal analyzing.

Our average market price for a solid 1-4 unit rental is around the $150k - $175k range.

My hunch is that more often than not, saving money and getting your ship in order to qualify for an FHA loan is the best and most realistic ladder to homeownership for the vast majority of people.     

Good points I try to target a price range basically a starter  home  that is affordable in  A,B area . 

I am hoping to view all cases among ranges of dates (i.e 2 week increments). 

But like you all I have seen it done with other lenders.On the sale lease back Chris describes thats how i do the vast majority of my deals.

If I had to pay my cleaners on top of the loss income it would impact even more as my cleaning fees range from $100 to $400 depending on the property.
