The thought of paying them to leave makes me ill but the $2500 spent on doing so was a cheap date considering the other options. 

I found a commercial land which is sitting beside Kroger, publix, dunkin donut, car wash. if i buy the land, i ll not have much money to invest on any other things related to that. so I am wondering how can i make money with that commercial land.

I've always been pretty health conscious.....well since my 30s when I had a serious illness and got my health back under control by exercise and diet, Quite simple actually.

I have a seller interested in selling her property at a 25% discount (less fix up costs etc.)due to an illness and need for money fast.
