I think this concept of Landlords making tons of money and it is ok for tenants to ask for handouts has been growing around communities.

Or at the very least @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin need to dress up in their best Tuxedos to hand out these awards over a video chat while we watch at home, wine included!

Sellers tend to not like to hand out previous buyers info for privacy issues but BP is a great place to do that. 

Yup at Chris mentioned you will not get your answer on BP... or any other public forum.simply waltz into the city or county planning department have them pull up the parcel and see what its zoned.. they usually have hand outs that delineate the process.

Never once did I expect a handout.  

You're not in business to hand out congratulatory trophies to people you're trying to do business with.

I have build homes and office buildings, garages etc from drafting drawings to working with city and government officials, engineers, architects and finally moving people in.I am a disabled Veteran, But I am not asking for a hand out, Just a leg up to get going. 

I have a store online where we sell women’s clothing and it make some nice side money that will help build a bigger rental portfolio but I am at a cross roads now where we really need a method of buying in bulk and at deeper discounts than clearance racks.I have been told to look into off price auctions and fashion trade shows but there are a lot of different sites that come up so it is hard to tell what is legit and good or not.What I am hoping to find is a way to either buy/bid online or shows/auctions I can travel to and make bids on "lots" of clothing.We sell mid-range and high end brands now so trying to avoid no name crap stuff you might find at the dollar general :) we need stuff like what they would sell in a Dillard’s, Macy's, Bells etc.If anyone has advice to share PLEASE PLEASE do so or PM me.

My application is a 2 page long that comes with 1 page Rental Standards and Policy sheet that I hand out with the application. 

Need to find those motivated, that can be motivated, who want a hand up, not a hand out as the cons will.
