Hi BP community,I'm currently in my fourth year working as a physical therapist in Oregon, but have the Real Estate itch, mainly from my addiction to the BP podcast.

I'm interested in renting to counselors/therapists and hope to find an old house in the middle of town that's already been split up into small apartments or office space.

As a therapist, I can tell you that a scarcity mindset doesn't really stem from laziness but it often stems from fear that is supported by negative beliefs about money and people who have money.
