It is in a weird middle of nowhere expat village with good surf.

Long story short I was just surfing the net feeding my curiosity about real estate investing when I stumbled across one of the podcast.

My wife and I love our travel opportunities and I love to surf.

I was surfing some of the note exchange sites and I came across a NP second that interested me because of its geography. 

The best thing to do is to surf the forums and the blog - there is an awful lot of information on the subject :)

If you haven't already done so download and read Brandon and Josh's book on getting started in investing, also check out all the helpful tool under the "learn" tab, also networking is KEY...get to know the folks here on BP and find people how are now or are going where you want to end up in life, example: If you want to become a successful Real Estate, then spend time with other people that are successful in Real Estate or if you want to know how to surf you surround yourself with surfers...

The purpose of a PM is to **not** work on the rentals but use your time for other things, whether it’s finding and buying more rentals, working some other job, smoking weed all day, surfing, or whatever else floats your boat.
