What works for me is pulling the snap back, setting the rod and using a long flat blade screwdriver in my other hand to lift the pad then let go and pray.

The oscillating tool is also nice for cutting hard to reach plumbing and other stuff but the blades can get pretty expensive.

Be careful if you blade snow.Payback is about 12 years.Not the best use of the land, but didn't need it at the time for storage.Put at 60 degree angle, otherwise you get a lot less spaces, since your driveways have to be wider.

I used apartments .com to run the full background, eviction, credit, on her application she had to list previous rent and work history and income. she seemed perfect - very good communication , she pointed out a dusty fan blade prior to moving in lol and honestly I was happy she was picky!

If you do manage to ascertain that the travertine does still stink of urine, remove the top layer of the grout between the travertine tiles (if there is grout) with an oscillating tool blade and put in a layer of one-step premixed grout with a putty knife before you try removing the travertine.
