How do you determine if an area is mostly owner/renter occupied?
Hello! I'm trying to research Baltimore neighborhoods for a farm areas for my first flip. Can someone tell me how to determine whether an area is predominantly owner occupied or renter occupied? It seems like the neighborhood make-up will make a big difference on the ability to sell the house to a homeowner versus investor, and the ability to rent it if I cannot sell it. I'm leaning toward selling to a homeowner because that is familiar to me.
