This could be another blow to the industry in the vein on the rent regulation act recently passed.

I have seen commercial coils in the middle of the city get plugged in 3 months just due to heavy spider activity (their webs). 

In a similar vein, you could target "A+" class neighborhoods with similar listings to yours and do a look-a-like from there.

You can have all the granite tiles (mostly veined black & gold)  I trash out of 20 year old Vegas homes.

Also in the same vein/problem, I have a radiator in the bathroom that I would like to get behind, but was thinking of maybe just removing the entire thing - can I do that?

But in the same vein, if you think it would be simpler to have everything separated out in the event you'll have to present all of your dealings before a judge, it might be a better idea to go with separate accounts. 

But those long nights and aching back, taking cold showers in a spider infested concrete basement, were well worth it.Nothing good comes easy!
