If you are looking for a couple thousand dollars per month to supplement your social security and any other retirement savings you have, that is totally doable.  

They are tough to find, but doable.

So saving up over a few years would be entirely doable.

Just sent this over to a client, in place NOI yields a ~9% cap rate on this park, which of course feeds into making 75% LTV doable.

With these interest rates, good positive cash flow with less than a 200k property only seems doable outside the city (an hour outside of Austin) or in good cashflow markets like the Midwest or parts of the Southeast USA.

So, my question is then is my new plan doable or is there a better strategy?

We have no satellite TV service, just streaming.They just upgraded the 2 pair so now 24mb might be doable, but I need to check.I would love to have 100mb or more but it isn't really necessary for streaming and most other stuff like gaming.
