Things are going smooth at the property with all 3 units rented out and a comfortable amount of cash flow each month.I'm anxious for house hack #2 next year and I have some questions I'd greatly appreciate some feedback on. 1.

Transactions both very smooth using a lender who is accustomed to working with them.  

It's not going to retire you in 5 year but give it 10 - 15 and you're likely sitting pretty.That said, it's not as easy to pull off as it sounds and not as smooth sailing as folks will make it out to be.

I think for us it works smooth.

With an independent agent who works for you and not the insurance company, those types of situations are handled a lot more smoothly behind the scenes while you worry about other investment property concerns.
