I would like to know if anyone have started the business ONLY with LLC in USA as a Canadian citizen.

But thanks to a dear friend of mine who works as a senior asset manager for one of the above HUD asset companies, knowing this HUD template has been perhaps my best tool in gaining leverage to winning more bids at the lowest prices possible!! 

The reason behind my question was due to the influx of several foreign citizens specifically from the US, I know there exists heavy investment from key players originating from the US. 

Here in Florida we are a Right to Work State with lots of Seniors and it is very hard to make $20 an hour if you do not have a Profession or Business. 

I am currently using FUB/Ylopo and zBuyer, working with a few Ylopo social/PPC leads right now but they are going to take Alot of work to convert, zBuyer for SoCal are 99% seniors that are just curious about their home value, so while there's been conversions they are far and few between. 

Still, I'm a naturalized citizen myself, and I would be extra careful with anything related to immigration.If your plan faces hurdles, you can allow your CPA to file your tax return as is with an intention to amend later thru another accountant.

Toying if I really need an LLC or partner with a citizen and start a new LLC? 

That interpretation may be the policy and what Senior management are directing, but being clearly specified in the code vs. a policy/interpretation can have two different ways of resolving it.

So as long as you have a back up plan  IE 500 to 1 mil in cash so you can pay off a senior loan if needed or refi if need this works fine..
