I talked to them in 2010 when i had a semi complicated business model. and of course they lead you one you send your bizz plan.. and very few questions later lo and behold your approved.. subject to underwriting which will be 10k.. they preyed on beginners who wanted larger loans which no beginner on the planet would ever get from a legit lender.so I was like no way dude.. you did not ask enough questions.. so i passed then learned on American greed they are were crooks of the first order.

There my research I have learned about implementing a quarterly or semi-annual inspection on the properties and I think that is a wonderful idea.

My rental I have semi-gloss but I grabbed the wrong paint and noticed it to late. 

With the exception of variable-rate mortgage financing, Interest on residential real-estate  is compounded semi-annually.  

I just worry about parking if we have guests staying in our home on a semi regular basis.

PPS - Based on what I am seeing in the comps photos I received, I am planning to install "B" level granite (probably Santa Cecilia) while reusing the existing drop in sink, porcelain tile or "stone-look" LVT floors, tile backsplash, and (hopefully) relatively inexpensive "semi-custom" cabinets (to make the most of the available space in a small kitchen where there is no possibility to expand the room).If anyone has advice about good value semi-custom cabinets, please share it with me!

We're managing several about a mile away, in a better part of Kettering - similar size 3/1s, but brick with attached garages; cosmetics are semi-updated.
