The door is caving into the seal and needs a ton of force to open. 

Bleach kills only surface mold, forms a carbon layer and seals and protects the mold growth below.

If your attorney's arguement is "I've done nothing wrong but win the auction" then you will need to show the statutory proof that he auction was legitimate and your rights were sealed.

On another note, you could buy some nice piece of house in homestead with that pre approval and perhaps rent out a bedroom or two until you save enough to seal out a little private unit for privacy and rent raise.

Some work I would need done would be some tile replacement in a bathroom shower, a leaky sink faucet replaced, and kitchen fan replaced / fixed, and possibly (I am undecided here, depends on how much the previously-listed runs for cost) some framing done - My property was originally built as a single-family home and split into a duplex, but shutting off / sealing off a door, which is still a door.

They said someone is there today applying a plexiglass patch that will seal the window. 

In our CAM we also included the accrual of expenses such as sealing and striping, painting the buildings, and roof replacement.

I like to be 100% hands on - a broker may be more interested in sealing the deal and collecting his commission than finding you the best tenants. 

I can refund your April rent and you can use that for hotel or i can have the garage sealed off and reduce your rent for the loss of area.I have a freshly updated 1 bedroom single family house that i haven't listed yet.
