It has roots in dark hats and shade.We've had our house hack for 11 years. 

Do your due diligence on the condition of everything about the tiles as the root cause of the damage may not have been the roof itself.

During inspection noticed cracks in the driveways and after further investigating found roots causing the cracks and were going into foundation..My main concern was roots damaging pipes before having that issue I had tree removed.Honestly I have no idea how big are Cherry Trees and how are the roots.

He needs to run a camera in the sewer clean-outs and check for bellies and roots and separations.

The only major issue is that you need to get your wife to accept the fact that people will be "getting freaky" in your bed and possibly all over the house...But if you are not going to put down roots you seriously need to set your "base" in a state without income tax. 

We have had a plumbing issue due to tree roots but my cousin is a plumber and I use him to maintain it and also use root x.

Their roots will cause you lots of plumbing problems, possibly driveway and side-walk issues and in the worst case, foundation issues.For me, I'm big on heading off these problems before they occur.

I still remain interested in fix and flipping, but my ultimate goal is more rooted in long-term buy and holds, likely via small multi family units.
