If during the negotiation process you/your professionals learn that the seller “won’t allow you to inspect” then that’s a better time to get the red flag, than when you hear from a neighbor that someone’s using a plastic bag for a rest room.

My recommendation is to check w/ your competitors to see what material has been used for their restrooms.
