Screw ups could potentially render an LLC pierceable by the the creditor, and then the LLC effectively becomes useless.

But nickels and dimes add up to a lot of profit, so it's easy to start stuffing bills with services that were not rendered or ineffectually so. good luck!

You have to have the general contractor write up an invoice for services to be rendered and pre-pay for the service at the closing.
