Taking 3 months hiatus to regroup, refocus and re-prioritize our goals, we are currently under contract for a 16 unit apartment complex with 34 more on the horizon to finish out the year.Thank you to all those who have contributed in one way or another to our success whether our team partners, Bigger Pockets, conference connections, meetup relationships, books, podcasts and more.

After a failed partnership on a SFR, I had to regroup and was determined to make the next move solo.

So at that point kind of shocked I regroup and said then lets get you with your family attorney to help you..And so he did and we closed and as it turned out he passed away before he could see how we had transformed his property to a nice little housing community..  

Both the BP events page and meet-up are great places to find all of the RE groups around town. 

It took us a week to regroup.

I would definitely attend RE groups and network.

it's always best to just get the deal done without problems and then re-group and move forward. 

I think you made a good choice to set the cash aside, take a breather, and regroup!

-I've already gotten past the learning curve (I hope), and I plan to keep educating myself through BP.I may post it for sale in some local RE groups for a week or two, and then list for rent if there's no interest. 

Please consider regrouping and having a more targeted/focused approach to markets and properties.
