@Frank Zondlo check out “refresh your wealth” podcast - abundance of knowledge when it comes to tax, real estate and IRAs/Solo401k; I opened with them few accounts some time ago, reasonably priced.

I realize I will still be dealing with people, but the different context and the new challenge of it all is refreshing.

Such refreshing and entertaining content contrasted with a lot of other REI gurus. 

This thread was a refreshing read and down to earth.
