Obviously don't be reckless, you get it.  

They are grey area "construction managers" who don't have a license to lose so they act reckless.

Although the jurisdiction is in the state of Massachusetts, I would greatly appreciate any ideas or advice from other states as well.The sister-in-law has not been in touch with my cousin, the home owner, in years and has already made several reckless and irresponsible decisions using the powers granted via the Temporary Guardianship/Conservatorship. 

Starting out, the fact that you take action is more important than the action that you take (so long as you're not completely reckless and manage your money well). 

There is a fine balance between being aggressive and being reckless!

I know taking the next big step into purchasing will always be a risk, but I am trying to gauge between risk and recklessness.

 Howdy, I have been in the land business for quite a while but decided to get my license since I will be buying a house in the next few months.Passed the exam, course, and such but just realized that due to a reckless driving arrest from many years ago I have to go through additional steps before getting my license.
