tenant keeps reporting issues for a 7-year-old rental
I bought a 2013 house last year, and since the tenant moved in in October, they've reported many issues - on average 2 issues per month. Today they reported frig leaking. I'm a new (remote) landlord, and rely on a property management company to handle issues. It's either my bad luck, or it's that the tenant is really reckless with everything in the house. Otherwise I can't find a logical reason to explain how appliances can break down so frequently for a 7-year-old house.
Please suggest what I should do. Thank you!

I agree with the others that you need to get answers from the property management company, but don’t let a leaky fridge go... I’ve seen that DESTROY flooring fast!
