Yes, but from what I see, most wholesalers couldn't pass a test, even if they do get all the questions to study, multiple guess, instead of memorizing the answer they'd memorize the letter to the right answer that's less trouble.That's the attitude of most in RE, it is a self regulated industry, if you don't then Uncle will. :)

For example, I have one bag for hand tools (wrenches, screw drivers, hammer, etc); another for fasteners (screws, nails); another for water problems (pipe cutters, pipe wrenches, gaskets, rubber washers for sinks, hand saw for pvc, misc. sharkbite connectors, teflon tape, etc, etc, etc); another for electric repairs; another for laying carpet; a Section 8 bucket (9V batteries, spare smoke detector, switch plate and outlet covers, and other things needed to pass a Section 8 inspection), etc, etc, etc.

As the link shows, I would have to pass the 54 hr pre-license course (by passing 3 tests), pass state exam, apply for salesperson license, pass a 24 hr broker transition course, pass 25 question exam, and apply for the new broker license (all before July 1st).I'm not married, no children, 28 years old -- so I have time :-) If I can finish in 3-4 weeks, I would gain access to the MLS (BLC) about 2 months sooner.Is there anything else I'm missing?

BTW, check on the application process with your state, just because you pass a test to be an agent or appraiser, doesn't mean you get a license and your credit is part of that process.
