Need not to down play any profession.

Due to my profession time is quite limited and I'm trying to look at all the options in Real estate investing. 

If you want primarily medical profession tenants, it will dramatically narrow down the number of buildings that would work for you. 

Most of the time agents, brokers or lenders hosting meetups and prohibiting others in the same profession from coming.If you're hosting a Meetup in Minneapolis or Saint Paul isn't the purpose to freely share information?

Need to learn to bill an hourly rate like other professions who value their time.

I'm in Purchasing by 9-5 profession, so the analytical side of the business has come fairly naturally to me and I've been assessing MLS deals daily for the last month or so.

Just like any profession, some are lazy, inexperienced, unethical, etc. so do full interviews!

I find a lot of enjoyment and fulfillment out my profession as a child and family therapist.

With wholesaling, if you market incorrectly and fail to disclose certain things, you could run afoul of the Business and Professions code that requires you to have a license to market properties to buyers.
