They want to see two years bank statements with rent deposits (small problem as some is paid via PayPal with debit cards, some is deposited to two different bank accounts and some of course cash that I put straight to expenses (or a weekend boat trip now and again :-).

But talking down to me why I would buy trash makes zero sense to him while insinuating I don't care about value is quite upsetting when I come to bigger pockets for the first time with a real life RE problem... a place where you can get differentiating opinions to grow from, but not be smashed down from an arrogant broker while you are trying to get your feet wet in a game that this website promotes.

Seller is happy, I'm happy and my buyer is happy.The problem a lot of wholesaler run into is they find a property put it under contract for what they think is a good price and then they can't find a single buyer because the price is not good at all.
