I've been in the niche since 2007 buying homes in parks and out on land moving them into the parks.

Obviously, there are people that would prefer to buy turkey properties than other types of properties, otherwise turnkey companies wouldn't exist.

Then, each person with money in the deal would get an 8% preferred dividend until they get all of their money back.

However, I would prefer if the property could support itself and not be a drain on my personal income.
