You can even put in there that after a certain day, if they don't complete, they need to pay you for days past the predetermined date.Hope this helps!

You would also lock in that appreciation by having an option to buy attached to the lease at a pre-determined price.

There is not a predetermined amount of education that needs to be done before investing but just having your strategy, financing and team in place before you start making any offers.

Unfortunately even if you find the lender an alternative appraiser, they are only allowed to pick from their pre-determined list, as opposed to one you provide for them.
