The best way to learn about how to really invest in real estate is to read books, listen to good podcasts, and pair that with going to in-person meetups so you can see people just like you, married with 3 kids, who are making it work for them.

Have you discussed these 15 factors in any of your own content or perhaps on a podcast somewhere I could learn more?

I've listened to a ton of episodes of the Real Estate Rookie Podcast and the Bigger Pockets Real Estate Podcast.

I would recommend finding some local meetups to attend, and also tuning into the Straight Up Chicago Investor's Podcast.

Over the past few months, I’ve been diving into Brandon Turner’s books and bingeing Dave’s BiggerPockets podcast whenever I have the chance.

Then I started to contact brokers that bought and sold Apartments complexes and proceeded to 1031 exchange all my Condos for Apartment complexes and told my story on BP Podcast 238 in 2017.  

I have listened to some very good podcasts on the merits of owning and investing in the parks, being the source of housing it is.Good question!
