Once you step into either one, you've taken the big plunge into liability.That doesn't make them bad, but again...IMHO...not for the newbie.

Investing 1300 miles from home on your first property has some risk, though I admire your willingness to plunge in, as well as to throw your post out here.Make sure you find a good prop mgr who can give you lots of references, and check them all out.

The markets mentioned in the post appear to be experiencing some speculation but I believe values will plunge again if the economy does not continue to improve.
