My tenant caused damage by leaving carpets with excessive cat urine and vomit all over, burnt holes in it with hot coals in a plastic bucket and pretty much never vacuumed stairs, cleaned shower etc etc.She wanted some TV wires back that she left so she was organizing a painter to come and fill the holes and repaint them.

Primo_Coach thanks, I think i am going to start from a 6 month period first like doing my first deal. work schedule: mon-fri 6am to 2:30pm work on my rei business schedule: 3pm to 5pm total hour: 10 hours with in those hour I need to find out whats gonna get me ahead and not just get me by.

Generally they're on 3rd Saturdays out of the month, but theres a combined Foreclosure Summit, we're all attending this Fri and Sat, educating about the newest changes to MD's foreclosure law.the info for the second 2, can be found at dcreia.comTheres more in VA, theres a few in Baltimore.
