Obviously plunking down an extra $15k pays down your mortgage faster.

It seems, obviously, that the method is strongly focused on the refinancing of the property post rehab.  

Either way, you are taking the RIGHT steps, you have the desire; that’s obvious.  

Direct booking is obviously the number one goal, but for now OTAs will play a role. 

I have no idea why, it seems obvious to me that things wear out over time, and especially with most being aware of depreciation I have no idea why there is a disconnect as to where depreciation stems from. 

Suddenly they asked for a copy of my deed so it was obvious it took months to file the eviction order with the court.
