It makes it sound like investors don't know that mobile home parks are a good investor. 

They come in sections, like mobile homes, and are then attached together on site. 

the only ones that make this work are LAWYERS and PRIVATE Detective type companies .. the only ONE"S making money on this are these guys just dusting off OLD material joining the modern SM craze to suck in newbies that think they found some new system  LOL.. 

At this time, I was part of a Mastermind group where I was the little fish in the pond (and at the time I owned 200 units between commercial, multifamily, single family and some mobile home parks).  

I usually text 10-12k property owners with 1-3 possible mobile phone numbers per month.

Gutted out the entire inside and remodeled to ‘cottage modern’ style.

I do feel like you're trying to sell me something with all the refreshes and updates and modern whatnot.

The CL mobile app is helpful for this.Last inquiry from a CL ad was a mom - sounded stressed as dealing with the logistic nightmare of relocating her family across county.

Pacific Modern Homes is a great example - we built one of their kits in the 1990's and it was beautiful/ really minimized labor and scrap onsite.
