What are some good options for mentoring programs.?

I was lucky enough to get assigned to a mentor that is very active with his Associate Franchises and successful using the system.

The final part of my degree involves a capstone project, and a requirement of the capstone project is that it be overseen by an industry mentor.

Stop chasing guru/mentor “education”, tactics, strategies.  

Anybody know of a GOOD mentor that can help with my overall growth in becoming a real estate investor.

I would like to find a mentor/agent who has experience with Foreclosures (HUD) who would be willing to answer questions and work together in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.I'm on a new journey in life and finally taking steps in the Investor direction... something I should have done a long time ago.

My reason for this post is to hopefully find a mentor to work with to get me started on this adventure into the real estate world.
