I worked in the fashion industry ( mens fashion).  

it is well known that investing in real estate is ran by men.

I don't care if it is real estate agents, contractors, lenders, pizza makers, service workers, black people, white people, men, women, young, old, blondes, brunettes, fat, skinny, etc.

Therapy animals provide people with therapeutic contact, usually in a clinical setting, to improve their physical, social, emotional, and/or cognitive functioning.I would also add one more point that is often misunderstood; with the millions of men & women who experienced combat in the US Military, hundreds of thousands return home with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

I guess another question would be how do I balance the philosophies of these two great money men?

I've found the deal-scrubber tactic essential because, in my direct candor, I apparently make grown men cry.

I called a construction company about interning for free when I was a 15 (over 20 years ago), and was told they don't hire females because they're too distracting to the men!  

It's the men and women like you that give us the ability to pursue our dreams!!!  

at least in my areas Mechanics liens or material men liens are from licensed contractors who have followed the lien protocol.
