Is a beautiful area here and I used to live in Cali I wish I knew about this place here when I was there gay why i thought of promoting there too.

I live in Harlem but work downtown so if I have to go to the building it is not too bad after work.

I live in California, this is a bay area property.were not looking to move out of state and house hacking is less palatable when a duplex costs 1.6 million.

I lived there for a couple years and I met this guy who has bought and managed a ton of property there. 

I live outside of Charlotte in a small town called Denver (of the East).

I went owner occupied either conventional or FHA.  3-5% down at the time you only had to live there 1 year and then you can move out or move on.
