If I'm in your shoes, I would probably ask myself what the procuring clause of the client/agreement was?

Finally someone has listened to the Landlord’s side of the story!

While I haven't listened to that episode, I generally advise similar clients to have a certain # of months of operating expenses in reserve to cover repairs/capex.

Over the last three weeks I've read 7 of the real estate books and spent hours listening to biggerpockets podcasts trying to learn as much as a I can and narrow down my focus.

I listened to the podcast along with my Renatus education and I do think the podcast helped me A LOT but I do enjoy the commissions And that's just another piece of my "puzzle" now.
