I kind of think baseball schedules and chip clips are cheesy, so a combo of market updates or this month in real estate and newsletters. 

In a recent house, we found:- Lots of ammunition (sold it in bulk for $500 to a gun collector from Facebook)- Baseball cards (sold 4 cards for total of $200 on eBay)- Large Buck knife collection (sold most of them for $600 on eBay, saved a few)- Several thousand comic books (book value probably $1000-3000, though we haven't sold them yet)-  About two dozen books from the 1800s, in very good condition (likely not worth much, but very cool, and there is one book that has a good story to go with it that might help me to meet Neil deGrasse Tyson)-  An air rifle from the 1870s. 

Is this property out of my league?

Appreciate any input I think you're making the worst mistake of your life, that you should probably learn a lot more before you even think about something like this, and that you are probably way out of your league with real estate and should stick to stamp collecting or seashell hunting.

League City has some pop up here and there, even Friendswood.

Played baseball there.My wife actually rented with a girlfriend of hers in a multi-family in Greenwich just off the highway down the road from Bar Taco, if you're familiar with that part.
