I have acquired a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and my Masters of Science in Social Work, Management, Leadership, and Community Planning (MLCP), which provides me the knowledge of organizational management, staff recruitment and training, policy and budget analysis.

I will leave out cold calling, DVM and cold messaging as those methods are under heavy fire and require a lot of leads to get deals but some people are experiencing success with these avenues and realtors have been cold calling since the beginning and all the top agents prospect (cold call) daily or they have a team that does this for them.Bottom line this is a business that requires consistency, a team, leadership, systems and constant honest analysis of the data and numbers to make rational decisions. 

Starting with a reputable bank/lender who promotes within is the best way to climb the totem pole.

Sound advice, I don’t think I’m the “Networking” type & I need to get in there & get the experience.Probably to just go & get my hands dirty helping someone in the Real Estate space solve their problems.My crossover experience is to get things done from a leadership role, more than from a networking facilitator.Thanks
