It was only a couple of responses by saying that they would give me a partial refund of $2k if I get my complaints taken down and they tried to threaten me by saying that they would sue my by libel by having a lawyer named Kelly Cary to help them try to get my complaints removed.

I would checkout legal zoom or zen business before meeting with any of these lawyers or accountants to do it.

Hey congrats this is just like the DA who becomes a defense lawyer or an IRS agent who switch's sides and represents those being audited  etc etc..

However, beyond that if they are honest in assessing themselves, they might choose to hire or partner with people who can fill the other roles needed such as a realtor, accountant, lawyer, etc.

I'll reach out to the lawyer in the meantime, but I suspect if they refuse to pay it, it'll have to come out of their security deposits when they move out?

I am not a lawyer or know the nuances of licensure law to this level.That being said, I would imagine that if you signed contracts with clients that they will pay you $5,000/mo or $250/hr, or whatever you agree on, for consulting services, that is between you and them.
