Since the start of the new year I have been putting in some expenses on it - Replaced Carpet, House Cleaning, bought windows laptop to utilize MS Office etc and keep track of accounting etc.

Online versions are limited.Online versions are handy if you are on the road and need to access your data via your cell phone or laptop.

How can I start working NOW towards that first investment deal if I have no credit, no job, no capital, nothing to my name except a couple college credits and this laptop I'm typing on...

It takes us about a hour to empty our dressers and kids closets into plastic totes.

I'll share with you something that works out here in AZ, not sure if access is the same in FL though.When you are driving around, take note of all of the flip and spec build construction sites that you see.When you get back to your laptop, you should be able to look up the permit on the project.

Personally, I don't find BP to be very user friendly on my android phone, and I heard some other BP members complain about the app /  and similar ISO platforms.But when I'm on my laptop, it's alright.

You can get a lap top for almost $100 now days. works great and can get a power charger even to your car.

If you use your cellphone, the Internet, a space in your house where you work on your real estate, and maybe even purchase a laptop to use for your real estate activity, etc. all these are allowable expenses.

The PC and the Lap top is becoming a secondary item.
