@Richard White I just listened to one of the biggerpockets podcasts and they were interviewing a lady who has just written a book for Biggerpockets on investing in RV Parks.

In fact it’s a sweet young lady.

in the near past I use it to sell off properties i foreclosed on and dont want to rehab.. buyers like it  I understand the rules.but talking Mrs old lady into this is as you note just another way to make a deal without taking the sellers interest in mind.. thats what sells these guys but if you have a sophisticated seller then  its fair game in my mind.

Schools, president, social economic class, race, religion, privilege, geography, education, mom, dad, school lunch lady didn’t like me, the raiders got short end of stick on tuck rule………..I think at end of the day the effort is not there to better ourselves.

It’s not even quite in place yet but they sold it to some poor lady for some ridiculous amount of money.

To put it in @Michael Plaks metaphor, Why would you put a ring on their finger if your intent wasn't to marry them? 

I approached the lady that owns the well and she said that was fine verbally.
