The legal and justice systems in both places are corrupt and ineffective compared to what we’re used to in more developed countries.

If you are house hacking and turning a profit, that is just icing on the cake in my opinion, especially with where prices currently are. 

As you know the justice of the peace in Austin can be very tenant friendly.

I actually found that the pictures did the place enough justice, and the roommates were more concerned about who they would be living with than what the place looked like in real life.

Bankruptcy judges are a breed apart from county or state justices; for one they are appointed not elected, second the appointments absent misbehavior are lifetime, third, they tend to find a law, somewhere, that justifies the decision they want to make, fourth, they make decisions that in other courts are decisions decided by juries.

Would you pay and end all this nonsense or spend who knows how long fighting this in court in front of a jury for justice?
