Developers here are almost down to infill projects or heading out east to scrape cactus off dirt.

Can screen in patio as my friend might give me his hot tub and this is florida so  lots of bugs, also previous owner loved plants/trees so very jungle looking in backyard this will be cleaned up by me.So basically my question is to raise rents by ~$250-300 which I know is possible in this area how much would you be willing to put in a place to achieve this?

I know ebay, but want to find a good site that offer more userfriendlyness and not a jungle of everything.Sites for individual states or entire areas is okey.

Plus after moving from Tulsa, OK... it had more trees than the rest of the concrete jungle of Houston!

Does anyone have short-term rentals around baseball stadium areas during Cactus League time? 

Those who are rejoicing on remote working and moving to the jungles or beach towns will in due course find out, those places are not only very boring but also career limiting and will want to come back to the Bay Area.

My opinion is it is easier to walk through the jungle of learning with someone else than it is on your own.
