Someone else I met at the training did have an affiliate of Lance’s go in on something with him, so you do have other resources with Lance as well.You can’t expect someone to spoon-feed this stuff to you people.

I’m 5 minutes from 5 avenue and same to the beach bike riding , probably 15 minutes from downtown and i don’t have all the noise from those crowded places right out my place.You will always pay more in the best locations, you probably make a little bit less money but i feel like having a solid asset will be easy in case you need to cash out.Thank you for your suggestion, there are many different ways to invest in real estate, and every investor pick the one that feeds better.

In this case, the guru not only gets the student to pay for the course, but also basically builds an army of people to start feeding them deals, capital, etc, in which the leader can share in a piece of each.

Sorry for being long winded but my grandma always said "closed mouths don't get fed"..... so FEED ME!!!!

And that tax return feeds into the members personal return. 

And since this all feeds into the experience, please don't be the host that ruins the experience by asking the guests to provide all their own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.  

The Airbnb policy change has made all of these feeds pop up.
