That's a pretty nice layout to start with.

Also, a six-room duplex near us was recently renovated and has an over-under layout with each room having an ensuite bathroom.

,,I would just make sure that the layout stays somewhat in tact as you're adding the bedrooms.

I just think the coloring is nicer, same exact layout and materials.
