Yes, the instructor makes a difference but not that much that I would pay more for it.

make sure your instructor knows with experience in what they are teaching. 

The top instructors charge by the hour often is more expensive than lawyers. 

I recommend MHU as it is actively supported and the instructor is accessible during and after the course.  

The younger one loved it when the instructor told the class the first day that he was not going to be chasing them if they did not come to class.
