You certainly won't inquire about anything and have to wait long for an answer.I also think they do a great job of looking out for their investors and trying to give them what they want.  

I keep comparing to Aussie and other countries world wide.Buyers agents pretty much don't exist and only listing agents do.They list the home and homebuyers inquire and then the listing agent shows the property, etc...Homebuyers rarely if ever have a buyers agent negotiating or representing them and homebuyers just do it all themselves...

Upon researching these LLCs, I've found that many of them have resident agents who are lawyers.I'm considering reaching out to these lawyers to inquire about their clients' properties.

I plan to contact Boydton tomorrow to inquire with them as well.

I am planning on going to the Building and Planning Dept soon anyway to inquire about the zoning of a different property, so I will make sure to check with them.

While they are touring, inquire about what businesses they plan on running out of the property.
