Figure out what specific aspects of BRRR you want to discuss, and tell us what you have done to educate yourself on each of those specific aspects.

Being patient with the deals you want to invest in and expanding on your education to know what a 'good' deal really looks like.

As a powerful organization, I would like to see Bigger Pockets become a leader in not simply educating real estate investors but leading the way in warning investors about the real estate guru pitfalls.  

I'm completely new to real estate and am doing all I can to educate myself in really all things real estate.

EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

You also need to educate yourself on how to manage an investment property.

I am not a debt investor, a bond investor nor am I an investor in corporate debt, private equity debt, peer to peer lending, etc.  

Most people buy property and then do nothing to educate themselves on how to properly manage.
