You'll want to drive all the streets of a neighborhood looking  for homes that have signs of vacancy (tall grass in the summer, or non-plowed driveways in winter), or are just in poor condition.Then look up the owner information via public records and try to make contact one way or another.

We had gotten 1 inch of snow that mostly all melted only stuck to the grass no need to shovel or salt ( so I thought) and this guy slips hard and gets injured ugh.. there’s nothing at all I could’ve done.

I hadn't thought of doing double stacked wall cabinets, but I wonder if for the increased cost of those extra cabinets and installation I couldn't just go with another slightly more expensive line that actually has the 36" tall cabinets as well as the extra deep cabinets for above the fridge and microwave.
